Roof Rats deliver on their promise. Before and after photos offer reassurance that the job is done! I have no hesitation in recommending them to other roof gutter owners.
Gutters emptied.
Panels cleaned.
Photos to prove it.
Blocked gutters and grimy solar panels sorted off a rope — no scaffold in the garden, no mess left behind. Ring Neville and get it booked in.

The bit you can't see is the bit that matters
Rope access — no scaffold, no mess
We work off the ridge on ropes. No scaffold going up around the house, no mess left in the garden when we come down.
Before & after photos on every job
You see what came out and what it looks like now. You never have to take our word for what happened up there.
Working at Heights specialist, fully certified
Steep, high and awkward is the normal day here. Certified, geared up, and anchored before a boot moves.
Bushfire safety inspections
A gutter packed with dry leaf litter is fuel sitting on your roof. We clear it and tell you what else is a worry.
The jobs nobody wants to climb up and do
Gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning is the whole trade — done on ropes, by people who are up there every day.
Gutter cleaning
Leaves, grit and the sludge in the bottom vacuumed out of the gutters and downpipes — and the whole lot leaves with us in the trailer.
Solar panel cleaning
Dust, salt and bird mess washed off the glass so the panels can see the sun again. Same visit as the gutters if you want it.
Roof & gutter inspections
A proper look over the roof, the valleys and the downpipes, with photos of anything that needs your attention before it turns into a repair.
Bushfire safety inspections
Before the season turns, we get the leaf litter off the roof and out of the gutters and let you know what's still a risk up there.
Preventative maintenance
Cleans booked in ahead of time so it never gets to the overflowing-in-a-downpour, water-down-the-wall stage.
Consulting
Hard access, an odd roofline, or a quote from someone else you're not sure about? Ask before you spend money on the wrong fix.
Before and after photos on every job
Most of your roof is somewhere you'll never stand. That's the awkward part of paying someone to go up there — you're trusting a story. So every job comes back with photos: the state of the gutters when we got on the roof, and how they look when we come off it.
- See exactly what came out of your gutters
- Anything we find up there gets photographed too
- What comes out of the gutter goes into the vacuum trailer
Dirty panels can't see the sun
Out here it's dust off the gravel, salt off the ocean and whatever the birds add. It builds into a film across the glass that you can't spot from the ground. We wash the array down properly — brush on a long pole, roped on where the pitch calls for it.
- Washed down with a brush and water, not scoured dry
- Do it with the gutter clean and it's one visit, one setup
On the tools
Real jobs around the South West — roped on, vac running, mess in the trailer.

What they said after we left
Neville runs Roof Rats
He picks up his phone. That sounds like a low bar until you've rung three mobs about your gutters and heard back from none of them. Ring Neville and you'll get a person, then a written quote by email, usually pretty quick.
From there he turns up when he said he would, tells you what he's about to do before he does it, and sends through before and after photos so you can see the state your gutters were in and what they look like now. He cleans up after himself, and if the job warrants a follow-up visit, he comes back.
Rope access is the trade underneath all of it — Working at Heights certified, so the steep roofs and awkward corners around Margaret River, Dunsborough and the coast are just the normal day.

Quickest way is a phone call. If it's after hours or you'd rather type it out, send the details through and Neville will get back to you.
